Works of the artist Alexey Akindinov won a great number of admirers, as in Russia for a long time, and abroad. Alexey is the founder of new style in art - an ornamentalism, the foundation to which it was laid by it in 1996. Pictorial works of Akindinov strike with the bewitching beauty. All space of pictures of Alexey is penetrated, "weaved" from ornaments, patterns, signs and symbols which completely cover and intertwine with often realistic plot which from it gets multiple layers and depth. Thus, in work Alexey uses complex combinations of picturesque receptions that does each picture really unique.

Since full "crystallization" of an ornamentalism which coincided with the termination of the Ryazan art school by Akindinov of Georgi K. Wagner, Alexey regularly participates in regional, All-Russian and foreign exhibitions, repeatedly becomes the winner of prestigious competitions of painting. Among them the most memorable: the exhibition "To lift a curtain. – the past and the present" which took place in 2005 in the city of Tulsa, State of Oklahoma (USA) and I passed the Russian art under the auspices of Mikhail Shemyakin; rank "The winner of the National award in the field of the modern fine arts of Russia "The Russian Gallery XXI of eyelids" with delivery to it a silver medal in the Federation Council (Moscow), and the 2nd award at the First International competition "Death Subject in the Modern Art" (Moscow, the All-Russia Exhibition Centre, 2008). Akindinov's pictures are in the museums, galleries and private collections: Moscow, Ryazan, Novosibirsk, Stavropol, Nizhny Novgorod, Muenster (Germany), Paris, Rome, Tulsa (USA). Among collectors of ornamental creativity of Alexey Akindinov famous designer Roberto Cavalli.

Ornamentalism of Alexey Akindinov as any new direction in the fine arts, finds many followers among the Russian and foreign masters of painting. And by the end of the first decade of the XXI century this style assumed a scale of the philosophical direction mentioning system of a world order and outlook.

At all globality of exhibition history of an ornamentalism of Akindinov, an exposition of cloths of Alexey in new gallery the Art - Palitra salon in Ryazan, deserves the broadest and close attention. On it will be presented not only cloths, key for an ornamentalism, but the artist will show also new pictures. The master is very glad to expose for the first time fresh pictures in the hometown.
